Stainless Cooling Tower WATER PUMP TANK

  • 10 ga. Stainless steel tank construction of 1,080-gallon capacity. All stainless-steel construction eliminates the need for an internal coating and provides superior corrosion protection. Overall tank size shall be 6ʼ Long x 4ʼ Wide x 6ʼ Tall.
  • Tank walls and interior angle supports for lid and baffle bracing and shall be constructed of Type-304 stainless steel.
  • Internal tank baffle, designed to separate the hot well from cold well. Baffle shall be constructed so there is a 6” opening from the bottom and a 12” opening at the top to allow the tank water level to equalize.

  • (1) 3″ x 2-1/2” Large-H discharge cross-connect, constructed of Sch. 40 B.I. pipe and fittings. Cross-connect shall be valved so the dual-purpose stand-by pump can be used in place of either of the primary pumps, if required, without requiring a system shut-down. Includes orifice plate and all required support bracing.
  • Pumps and all required pump trim will be assembled prior to shipping. All hardware used on the system shall be zinc-coated.
  • Tank trim includes an aluminum composite cover, sight glass level indicator, 3/4” manual fill water make-up assembly, 2” drain port with shut-off ball valve, and 3” FNPT overflow connection.
  • Tank and equipment will mount directly to a 6″ structural steel channel base.
